Orders typically ship within one week. Larger orders or those containing more complex products may take up to two weeks to process and ship.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Domestic Orders (NZ Post): Average delivery time is 3–5 business days after shipping.

Adding items to an existing order is not possible.

If you’d like to remove an item, we can issue a corresponding refund.

Since many of our items are Made to Order, some cancellations may not be possible.

The sooner you request a cancellation, the greater the chance we can apply a refund (minus a 15% cancellation fee).

Please note that as a small business, each order incurs fees and receives hands-on attention from production through packaging and shipping.
