These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and the purchase of products from DL3D Prints (“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders & Production

All products are made to order unless otherwise specified.

Order processing typically takes up to 7 business days. Larger or more complex orders may take up to 14 business days.

Once production has started, changes to your order may not be possible.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically via NZ Post / Courier.

Domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipping.

Tracking numbers will be provided once orders are shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).

Cancellations are possible only before production begins. If accepted, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction and processing costs.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

If you provide us with a custom design or file, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the design.

We reserve the right to refuse any print request that:

Violates intellectual property laws.

Is illegal, offensive, or harmful in nature.

Includes the creation of weapons, firearm parts, or any items intended to cause harm.

DL3D Prints retains the right to display images of custom work (excluding sensitive/contracted designs) for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Product Use & Liability

3D printed products are intended for decorative or light-duty use unless otherwise specified.

We are not liable for damages, injury, or misuse of products once delivered.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the suitability of products for their intended application.

7. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during ordering will only be used to process and deliver your order, or as required by law.

We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties without consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
